This Paloma Cocktail is fruity and refreshing. It’s made super easy with my favorite sparkling pink grapefruit soda too! It’s the perfect summer cocktail!
I’m keeping things light and refreshing here today at the BHK folks.
After a busy holiday weekend I’m not sure about you, but I could use a cocktail!
So the cocktail cannon has gone off and I’m serving up one of my all-time favorite summer libations…this delicious Paloma Cocktail. Care to join me?
Why You’ll Love this Recipe
This recipe is ridiculously easy. It’s made with my favorite Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit sparkling soda. This isn’t a sponsored post, I just wanted to share a product I love with you guys.
It’s light, low in calories and perfectly refreshing for those hot days of summer.
Ingredients You’ll Need
- fresh lime
- coarse kosher salt
- ice
- tequila blanco
- Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit Soda
- fresh pink grapefruit wedge or dehydrated pink grapefruit slice (for garnish)
Step-By-Step Instructions
First, I decided to give my glass some salt on the outside, so I rubbed the side of the glass with the lime and then dipped the glass in some coarse kosher salt. You could also just do the rim of the glass. Then I filled the glass with a large square ice cube. You can just use regular ice cubes here instead.
Next up, you’ll add your tequila, followed by the sparkling pink grapefruit soda and then squeeze in your lime wedge.
Top off your cocktail with a fresh pink grapefruit slice or a dehydrated slice of pink grapefruit and serve.
This is a tasty cocktail that’s got summer written all over it. Refreshing, light and fruity! Cheers!
