And today, I’m partnering with my friends at Powell & Mahoney to bring you this yummy Watermelon Mint Margarita as part of their #MargaritaEveryDay celebration for Cinco de Mayo. They’ve organized nine days of margarita recipes from some very talented fellow bloggers, festive foods and fun party crafts all centered around the iconic cocktail.

Today’s cocktail is a combo of juicy watermelon, fresh mint and lime, blanco tequila and Powell & Mahoney’s Class Margarita mix. It’s served shaken and strained over ice in a salt-rimmed glass. It’s fun, fresh and fruity! Enjoy!

That’s the prettiest margarita I’ve ever seen, MaryAnn. Often margaritas are too sweet for me, but the addition of mint seems like it would make it just the right balance of sweet / herbal.
Awww, thanks so much Marissa! These were so fun to make AND enjoy! They’re not too sweet at all. Happy Monday!
