This Chambord Fizz and Gummies combine Chambord liqueur with vodka and fresh lime juice for a refreshing, fruity cocktail and boozy treat.
It’s been forever since I’ve shared a cocktail here on the blog, so with Valentine’s Day just 10 days away, I thought we could toast our sweethearts with this delicious Chambord Fizz and Gummies.
Both the cocktail and gummies are the perfect colors for the holiday and super tasty!
I’ve always been a fan of Chambord. If you’re not familiar, it’s a black raspberry liqueur.
I actually used to work in a bar way back when I was in college. One of the bartenders, a good friend of mine whose name was Kevin, first introduced me to Chambord. He’d serve it with vodka, freshly squeezed lime juice and a splash of club. It’s still one of my favorites. It brings back such fun memories of college and my 20’s! How I wish I could turn back the clock some days!
I found the cute little gummy bear molds at my local Sur la Table and I just couldn’t resist them. I could have made kid-friendly fruit gummies, but let’s face it, kids have all the fun, so I decided it was time for an adult boozy treat.
Chambord Fizz Ingredients
• Chambord liqueur
• vodka
• lime juice
• club soda
• ice
Chambord Gummie Ingredients
• Chambord liqueur
• vodka
• lime juice
• granulated sugar
• unflavored gelatin (I use Knox)
For the Fizz, you’ll just add your Chambord, vokda and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, give it a few vigorous shakes, strain into your cocktail glass and then top it off with some club soda and a fresh blackberry for garnish. As for the gummies, you’ll simply add your Chambord, vodka and lime juice to a small saucepan. You’ll sprinkle in your gelatin and let it bloom for a few minutes. You’ll heat the mixture on low and once the gelatin is dissolved you’ll add your sugar and continue heating until it’s all dissolved, then you’ll carefully pour it into your molds.
Both, the cocktail and gummies are easy treats to share with your Valentine this year. Hope you give them a go folks! Enjoy!
A Few Cook’s Notes for Chambord Fizz and Gummies
When making your gummies, keep the heat on low so as not to cook out all the liqueur.
To pour the gummies into the molds you can use a small syringe, dropper or measuring cup. I actually just used a paper cup that I folded into a point for easy pouring.
You can serve your cocktail in a martini glass, a champagne glass or over ice in a cocktail glass.

Chmbord Fizz Cocktail
- 2 oz. Chambord liqueur
- 1 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- splash of club soda, I add about 2-3 ounces
- blackberry for garnish
- over ice, if desired
Boozy Gummies
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1.5 oz. Chambord liqueur
- 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 packets unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
Chambord Fizz Cocktail
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the Chambord, vodka and lime juice. Give the shaker a few vigorous shakes. Strain into a champagne glass, martini glass or a cocktail glass filled with ice. Top it off with a splash or few ounces of club soda and a fresh blackberry, if desired.
Gummies
- Place your molds on a baking sheet. Set aside. In a small saucepan, add Chambord, vodka and lime juice. Sprinkle in the gelatin and let it bloom, about 3-4 minutes. Once it looks like a gel, turn the heat onto low. You don't want the heat any higher or you will burn off the liquor. Whisk the mixture until the gelatin is totally dissolved. Add in the granulated sugar and continue to whisk until the sugar is totally dissolved, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove mixture from the heat and pour into molds. You can use a syringe, a dropper, a small measuring cup. The amount of gummies will depend on the size of the molds you purchase. My molds yielded roughly 40 gummies. Place baking sheet with the molds in the refrigerator to set for at least 30 minutes. Remove gummies from the molds and enjoy!
