This Jalapeño Popper Dip is one of my guilty pleasures folks. I’ve ben making it for years and it’s always a family and friend favorite. It makes a regular appearance at our game day parties and our Netflix binging nights.
Why You’ll Love this Recipe
I’m a total dip lover. It’s such an easy thing to whip up when you’ve got company coming.
This dip is so creamy and cheesy with loads of jalapeños. I also decided to make it extra delicious by adding some bacon. Can’t go wrong with bacon!
One of my other guilty pleasures of late are the pretzel pita chips I’m serving it with today. This is not a sponsored post, but I just wanted to share these crisps because they are absolutely delicious and perfect for any kind of dip you’re serving. They’re a studier crisp, so they stand up to the dip.
Ingredients You’ll Need

- garlic powder
- kosher salt and pepper

Step-By-Step Instructions
The first step is to combine about 2/3 of your bacon with your cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper, about 2/3 of your chopped jalapeños, 3/4 cup of the yellow cheddar, 3/4 cup of the white cheddar and 3 tablespoons of the grated Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.

A Few Cook’s Notes for Jalapeño Popper Dip
If you want to cut out a step, feel free to use pre-packaged already crumbled bacon that you can find in the salad dressing aisle. If you do, I’d use about 3/4 cup total. Add 1/2 cup to the cheese mixture and 1/4 cup to the top of the dip.
I used white and yellow cheddars, but you could also use a combination of cheddar and monterey jack cheese if you prefer.
