These Strawberry Drop Biscuits are perfect for all those beautiful summer strawberries. This is an easy biscuit recipe that takes minutes to prepare. These can be enjoyed alongside your morning coffee or topped with some fresh whipped cream for a tasty dessert!
When I was young, my Mom used to say, “have some fruit. It tastes like candy.” And I would think if I want candy, I want candy. I wasn’t a big fan of fruit.
Well, how things can change. I guess it took me into my teen years and I finally came around and realized Mom was right. Come on. We all know it deep down. Mom’s are always right, aren’t they?
I’m so lucky too because we’ve got some beautiful fruits and veggies here in the Garden State of New Jersey. We get to reap the benefits of all the hard work our local farmers put in all summer long.
