This Apple Spice Snack Cake is the ultimate fall cake! It’s made with all the warm and cozy fall spices and double the apple flavor. It’s got chunks of sweet tart apple and applesauce for added moisture.
One of my favorite cakes to enjoy during the fall season has always been an apple cake. I grew up near a fabulous orchard down in southern NJ and they had an applesauce cake that was to die for. Today’s Apple Spice Snack Cake is my version of that special cake that brings back so many great childhood memories.
