You know I’m only a fan of salads that are chuck full of lots of delicious ingredients. No boring rabbit food salads for me.
I love the added broccoli slaw and crumbled cauliflower that this one has. And of course the tuna. But if you’re not a fan of tuna, cooked chicken would also work or maybe even shrimp. Don’t skip the dried chopped mango. I think you’ll enjoy the added chewy texture amidst all the crunch that this salad has.
Hope y’all give this healthy chopped salad a go!

Thanks Mimi! I’ve always loved sweet red chili sauce and it works wonderful in this dressing.
Laurel Hansen
Any substitute for the sweet red chili sauce? I hate to buy a whole jar for one recipe.
Mary Ann
I really don’t have a substitute for that Laurel. I’ve only tested this recipe with dressing recipe listed. Bet you’ll love this salad and want to make it more than once though!
Marissa
We love tuna for lunches, but I’ve been in a rut, making the same salad over and over. No more! This looks fabulous! So excited to add it to our lunch rotation.
Mary Ann
Yay! Enjoy it Marissa!
