Healthy and Delicious Thai Chili Mango Tuna Chopped Salad
I LOVE a good chopped salad. And this one is totally loaded guys. The ingredients on their own give this salad so much flavor, but add the sweet red chili dressing and it’s over the top on the flavor scale.
Thai Chili Mango Tuna Chopped Salad Ingredients
- romaine lettuce
- broccoli slaw
- crumbled cauliflower
- red onion
- sunflower seeds
- dried mango
- albacore tuna
Sweet Red Chili Dressing Ingredients
- Asian sweet red chili sauce
- rice wine vinegar
- olive oil
- lime juice
- kosher salt and pepper
You know I’m only a fan of salads that are chuck full of lots of delicious ingredients. No boring rabbit food salads for me.
I love the added broccoli slaw and crumbled cauliflower that this one has. And of course the tuna. But if you’re not a fan of tuna, cooked chicken would also work or maybe even shrimp. Don’t skip the dried chopped mango. I think you’ll enjoy the added chewy texture amidst all the crunch that this salad has.
Hope y’all give this healthy chopped salad a go!
