I know what you’re thinking guys…It was just the first day of fall, so why are Christmas cookies front and center today at the BHK??
Well, today, it’s not business as usual here at The Beach House Kitchen. I’ve got exciting news to share with you folks!!
A few weeks ago I posted a little teaser on Instagram regarding a very special project I worked on this summer. It was Christmas in July! I was baking Christmas cookies for a very special collaboration between Bake From Scratch Magazine and TheFeedFeed! It’s a Holiday Cookies issue that you won’t want to miss!
The issue is filled with 67 exclusive recipes from 29 exceptional bakers, including four recipes from yours truly! Can you give me a Woot Woot?! It’s packed with incredibly festive seasonal recipes and some absolutely gorgeous photography! It’s a feast for your eyes and your belly! It’s got all your holiday cookie needs covered…shortbread, linzers, sandwich cookies, make ahead cookies and even gluten-free and vegan!
