I just heard how nutritious watercress is and now I want to try it! It’s not common around here, but I’ll have to seek it out cause this needs to happen! I absolutely love this idea. I have never tried watercress pesto, but I can imagine how it might taste, and it would be so fabulous on a sandwich. Chicken and bacon together on a sandwich makes my heart go pitter patter. Yum! Great post – it definitely gets me in the mood for summer!!

That’s one lovely wrap! I can’t get watercress where I live, but I remember my mother harvesting watercress from a nearby creek when we lived on Long Island. It must be wonderful as a pesto.
