Need a little help cutting out those snacks and sticking to your New Years resolution? You know the, “I’m going to cut out all those fatty things from my diet, go to the gym more often and get more organized” resolution that seems to be looming in the air at my house!
Well, here is a super easy, healthy smoothie to keep you on track for 2015. It’s a deliciously refreshing loaded berry smoothie that will be perfect post-workout. And by loaded I mean LOADED! Fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries blended together with a banana, a cup of orange juice (fresh squeezed if you’re not too tired from that work out), a half a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt and some ice. It doesn’t get easier than that.
It’s the perfect nutritious reward for that tough day at the gym with our fellow New Years resolutioners!
Loaded Berry SmoothiePrint Recipe Pin Recipe
- 1 banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup mix of raspberries and blackberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
