- 4 cups ripe strawberries, washed, hulled, halved and pureed until smooth
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/3 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
