- ! Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. coarse kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Horseradish Sauce

Butter Topping
- 8 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Caramelized Onions
In a large deep skillet, melt butter along with your olive oil over medium-low heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally, for about 35-40 minutes. Add kosher salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce and stir until well combined. Then remove the onions from the heat.
Butter Topping
Melt your butter in the microwave or a small saucepan. Whisk in your Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the top of the buns with your butter mixture, getting in all the nooks and crannies.Sprinkle the buns with your sesame and poppy seeds before covering the sliders with foil and baking for 20-25 until the cheese is melted. You'll remove the foil and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Cut into individual sliders and serve immediately.
Ask the person at the deli counter to slice your roast beef nice and thin for these sliders.
I like provolone for these sammies, but you could also use cheddar, swiss or whatever cheese is your fave.
When you slice your hawaiian rolls, make sure to slice them in half horizontally without separating them.
