- 3 scoops coffee ice cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. chocolate sauce
- 1 shot espresso, cooled
- 1 oz. Kahlua
- chocolate covered espresso beans, crushed
Combine ice cream, milk, chocolate sauce, espresso and Kahlua in a blender. Process until smooth, adding a bit more milk if needed to get to desired consistency. Add to a tall glass and top with chopped chocolate covered espresso beans.
