Rosemary Simple Syrup: Stir together water and granulated sugar in a medium saucepan over medium high heat. Add 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary.
Bring to a boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and let cool for 30 minutes.
Pour the liquid through a fine strainer discarding the rosemary sprigs.
Place liquid in a jar and keep chilled in refrigerator. Will keep for 1 month.
Drink: Add Sauvignon Blanc, Domaine De Canton, pineapple juice and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into glass filled with ice. Top with a light splash of club soda and a sprig or two of fresh rosemary.
