Pineapple Coleslaw

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 5 cups pre-packed shredded coleslaw mix
- 2/3 cup freshly shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 8-oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
In a small bowl, whisk together your mayo, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper until smooth.
To a large bowl, add your coleslaw mix, carrots, green onions and pineapple tidbits. Pour over as much dressing as your prefer and toss until everything is coated and well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
