Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 4 cups pretzel snaps, I used butter flavored
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Melt your butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, one teaspoon vanilla extract and one teaspoon maple syrup. Mix well.
  • Add pretzel snaps to a large bowl and toss with the butter mixture. Spread the coated pretzels on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • Combine 1/4 cup of granulated sugar with one teaspoon of ground cinnamon and mix until well combined. Remove your pretzels from the oven and add to a large bowl. Pour your cinnamon sugar mixture over the pretzels and toss well.
