Paloma Cocktail

This Paloma Cocktail is fruity and refreshing. It's made super easy with my favorite sparkling pink grapefruit soda too! It's the perfect summer cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 1 lime wedge
  • coarse kosher salt
  • ice
  • 1 1/2 oz. tequila blanco
  • 4 oz. Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit soda
  • fresh pink grapefruit wedge or dehydrated pink grapefruit slice, optional for garnish

Instructions

  • Rub the side of the glass with the lime and then dip the glass in some coarse kosher salt. You could also just do the rim of the glass. Then I filled the glass with a large square ice cube. You can just use regular ice cube here instead.
  • Add tequila followed by the sparkling pink grapefruit soda, then squeeze in your lime wedge.
  • Top off your cocktail with a fresh pink grapefruit slice or a dehydrated slice of pink grapefruit and serve.

Notes

I decided to go with a dehydrated pink grapefruit slice for my garnish, but you could also use a fresh wedge of pink grapefruit.
