Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
  • 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
Orange Cream Filling
  • 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Cool Whip whipped cream
  • 1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly grated orange zest
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate shavings, for garnish
Instructions
Granham Cracker Crust
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt and melted butter. Mix with a fork until well combined. Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom or a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before filling.

Orange Cream Filling
  1. In a large bowl, stir all ingredients until well combined. Pour mixture into cooled crust and smooth with an offset spatula. Freeze for about two hours. Before serving, top with shaved white chocolate or extra whipped cream.
