Ingredients

  • 3 scoops coffee ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chocolate sauce
  • 1 shot espresso, cooled
  • 1 oz. Kahlua
  • chocolate covered espresso beans, crushed

Instructions

  • Combine ice cream, milk, chocolate sauce, espresso and Kahlua in a blender. Process until smooth, adding a bit more milk if needed to get to desired consistency. Add to a tall glass and top with chopped chocolate covered espresso beans.
