Marinated Turkey Tenderloin

- 1 24-oz. package turkey tenderloin, there will be two pieces in the package
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Add your turkey tenderloins to a Ziploc bag. Pour in the marinade and toss to coat. Seal the Ziploc and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees 15 minutes before removing the tenderloins from the fridge. Place the tenderloins in an oven-proof baking dish and discard the Ziploc bag with any remaining marinade.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees using a meat thermometer. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
You will need to cook your tenderloins until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 165°F using a meat thermometer.
As I mentioned above, the 1 1/2-lb. package of turkey tenderloins will give you two tenderloin pieces and it can feed four people or you can feed two a main meal and use the remainder for turkey sandwiches. I love to have extra for sandwiches.
