Chambord Fizz Cocktail
Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the Chambord, vodka and lime juice. Give the shaker a few vigorous shakes. Strain into a champagne glass, martini glass or a cocktail glass filled with ice. Top it off with a splash or few ounces of club soda and a fresh blackberry, if desired.
Gummies
Place your molds on a baking sheet. Set aside. In a small saucepan, add Chambord, vodka and lime juice. Sprinkle in the gelatin and let it bloom, about 3-4 minutes. Once it looks like a gel, turn the heat onto low. You don't want the heat any higher or you will burn off the liquor. Whisk the mixture until the gelatin is totally dissolved. Add in the granulated sugar and continue to whisk until the sugar is totally dissolved, about 4-5 minutes. Remove mixture from the heat and pour into molds. You can use a syringe, a dropper, a small measuring cup. The amount of gummies will depend on the size of the molds you purchase. My molds yielded roughly 40 gummies. Place baking sheet with the molds in the refrigerator to set for at least 30 minutes. Remove gummies from the molds and enjoy!
