Blueberry Vanilla Swirl Popsicles

  • 2 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 3 - 5.3 oz containers Chobani Vanilla Blended Greek Yogurt
  1. In a blender, combine the blueberries and 2 Tbsp. honey. Process until smooth.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the yogurt and 1 tbsp. honey.
  3. Place about 2 Tbsp. of the yogurt mixture in the bottom of each popsicle mold.
  4. Top with about 2 Tbsp. of the blueberry mixture.
  5. Continue to layer the yogurt and the blueberry mixture in the molds until the molds are full.
  6. Insert the sticks into the molds after about an hour.
  7. Continue to freeze for about 3 more hours, until solid.
