Stuffed Tomatoes
Servings: 1 stuffed tomato

- 1 medium tomato
- shredded iceberg lettuce
- crisp crumbled bacon
- blue cheese dressing
- blue cheese crumbles
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cut the tomato in wedges leaving it attached at the base of the tomato.
Add the lettuce, bacon and blue cheese dressing.
Top wirth with blue cheese crumbles and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
