I couldn’t let most of you folks miss out on this tasty Thai Chili Mango Tuna Chopped Salad due to the massive IG outage this past Monday, so let’s try this again guys!!

Hey there IG friends! Where are all my tuna fans at?? #AD Today, I’m serving up this healthy, delicious Thai Chili Mango Tuna Chopped Salad with the help of my good friends @PortofinoTuna and it’s our new favorite! We LOVE a good chopped salad, and this one is loaded with all the tasty things and topped with a robust dressing that’s sure to tickle your taste buds. The mild, rich flavor and ultra-tender flaky texture of Portofino’s Albacore Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil make it the ideal protein to add to this flavorful salad.

When I grab my tuna from my local ShopRite, Acme or Fresh Market, I always make sure it’s Portofino Tuna because I only feed my family the best. Whether I’m using it in salads, a main dish or a sandwich, I want to make sure it’s top quality and I know when I choose #PortofinoTuna, that’s what I’m getting.

This chopped salad is not just perfect for lunch or dinner, it’s fabulous for entertaining. It’s easy to serve and enjoy out of individual serving cups, making it a delicious, healthier option for all your upcoming buffet-style gatherings. Salad Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine 1 head radicchio, finely chopped, 2 medium heads romaine lettuce, finely chopped, one cup broccoli slaw, one cup crumbled cauliflower, 1⁄2 cup red onion, finely chopped, 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds, 1/3 cup dried mango, finely chopped and two 4-oz. cans Portofino Albacore Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, slightly drained and flaked.

Dressing Ingredients: In a jar, combine 1⁄2 cup Asian sweet red chili sauce, 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar, 1⁄2 cup olive oil, 1 Tbsp. lime juice, 2 tsp. fresh grated ginger, 1⁄2 tsp. kosher salt, 1⁄4 tsp. pepper and 1 Tbsp. honey. Shake vigorously. Pour desired amount over salad and toss until well combined.
